I´ve been passionate about entrepreneurship & personal development for as long as I can remember!

Growing up, my parents were both entrepreneurs, so I was basically raised in a world of startups, late-night meetings, lots of traveling, all ups & downs, and endless brainstorming sessions. I think that's where my love for the thrill of building something from scratch started.

As a teenager, I became obsessed with personal development and psychology (and have been ever since!). I devoured books on the subject, and my friends would often joke that my bookshelf was like a library of self-help and psychology texts. But I just couldn't get enough - I was fascinated by the human brain and behavior, and I spent hours reading about what drives us, what motivates us, and what holds us back.

Fast forward to after I’d completed my Bachelor’s degree, some of the highlights include:

• Living and working in 4 countries (Iceland, Switzerland, Germany, and Croatia) and 11 cities (& still counting) & being fluent in 4 languages (5th in progress)

• Worked in private education, coaching & consulting students on their educational and career paths

• Did my MBA studies while working full-time

• Worked in a start up company as a Head of Sales

• Built a successful recruitment business from scratch in Munich and a recruitment department from scratch in Zurich

• Coached & consulted professionals on their careers, on all different seniority levels across different industries globally

• Completed official coaching certification + various additional studies

• Traveled extensively all around the world

• Married the love of my life

Through my coaching practice, which I founded in 2019, I've had the privilege of working with hundreds & hundreds of professionals from all over the world - working with 1:1 Clients & Corporations - and I've seen firsthand the impact that coaching can have on someone's life.

I've worked with clients from all walks of life & various industries & different parts of the world, and I've learned that no matter who you are or what you do, we all have the power to create the career and life we want.
